Want to join our team? We’re fully remote, work across time-zones, use some cool tools to coordinate our work, accommodate our team members’ real-life situations, and are focused not just on creating great software, but caring for our customers and co-workers. We offer:

Client Success Specialist - This role ensures new clients get started correctly, that they stay on a good path, and that their use of PFO creates increasing value in their organization. You have a background in document management or some other area where document quality is critically important. Set Up Specialist - See if these statements describe you: You know MS Word better than anyone else you have worked with. You love making documents look great. You’re process-oriented and love to think through how things work and should work. You appreciate good design. You use both m-dashes and n-dashes correctly without thinking about it.
